Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
Ticket exchanges must be requested at least 24 hours prior to curtain. Exchanges can be done by contacting the box office.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Cactus Shadows Drama).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
